Anthony Crabtree held a number of senior executive roles with 3 major Central London Surveying Firms prior to founding Montague Chartered Surveyors, of which he is a senior Director. MCS provides specialist services in acquisition of investments and developments, intensive portfolio management and property valuation to The McGrath Group. Anthony has over 35 years experience in the property business.

Tim Gleeson

Tim graduated from Bolton Street in 1977 and went on to work with John Sisk & Son in Ireland and Zimbabwe until 1984 when he moved to London in to join Try Group plc. His role with the Try Group was that of site agent. This position incorporated the area of initial interviews with potential clients to practical completion of the build on sites with values in excess of £5m. More recently Tim has been involved with the McGrath Group’s operations in London, as Contracts Director with responsibility for all building works.

Mary Gleeson

Mary worked with the A.P.V. group in Limerick from 1974-1982 as assistant accountant before moving to Zimbabwe where she joined Cellophane Packaging Ltd with the responsibility of over seeing the computerisation of their accounts department. Mary moved to London in 1984 and worked with Cable & Wireless Ltd as an Accountant until she established up her own business in 1992. She now also works on the administration of all building contracts for The McGrath Group in London.
